Observation changes reality
The note you accept before you use Senary
Effective date: 2026-08-12
Version: v1-2026-08-12
What you observe shifts what you live.
Senary turns your body and the sky into a lens. Looking through it can quietly rearrange how you act, what you notice, and what you reach for.
This is a tool for raising your own awareness. There is no undo on what you will start to see.
The observer effect
In quantum systems, the act of measuring a state changes that state. A particle's path is not fixed until something looks.
Measurement is a physical interaction, not a neutral glance. To find out where something is, you have to touch it, with light or with another particle, and the contact leaves it different from how it was. There is no reading a system from outside it. The instrument is part of the result.
There is a limit built into this. The more precisely one property of a particle is fixed, the less defined its partner property becomes. Knowing is not a free action. It costs something in the thing being known.
Why this applies to you
Your inner life works the same way. Patterns you do not notice run on their own. Patterns you notice, even gently, start to shift.
At your scale the reason is plainer: you are not a separate instrument. When you begin watching your energy against anything at all, the watching enters what is being watched. You see a dip, and seeing it changes how you spend the evening. The reading and the life are made of the same material.
What Senary does
Senary connects your bodily footprint to the planetary movements to surface the patterns you may not have noticed before.
It gives you a steady, faithful place to look: your body's signals against the sky's geometry. The looking is what changes things.
What this means in practice
You will start to see your own rhythm. Once a pattern has a name and a date it is hard to un-see, and days you used to call random acquire a shape.
Your behaviour will follow your attention. Reading that your energy tends to drop in a certain window changes what you put there. That is the point, and it is also the weight of it: the app can move your life without ever telling you to do anything.
You stay the author. Insights are exploration, not advice, and decisions you take remain your own.
Before you begin
In the app, this note closes with a choice:
If that feels like too much right now, close the app. There is no rush. When you continue, you are saying: I am ready to look.
Where this sits
Creating a Senary account means accepting three documents: the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and this Observability Disclaimer. Each acceptance is recorded against the version of the wording you were shown and the date you accepted it, so the record can never quietly cover text you never read.
Sharing your body data for research is a separate decision. It is asked separately, after you grant access to your health data, it is never a condition of using Senary, and you can change it whenever you like.
